We are the sole distributor of the famous MWM gas engines and generator sets manufactured by Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH in Germany, where 707 Generator sets are in operation in Bangladesh delivering approximately 1197 MW of electricity to the factories and power grid of the nation.

We have been working in the field of power plant business for over 2 decades. We deal with natural Gas Engine, Industrial Gas Generator, Diesel Generator, Exhaust Gas Boiler, Gas Fired Boiler, Vapor Absorption Machine (Chiller), Thermal Cooling Solutions, Thermal Fluid Heater, Transformer, Radial Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine for power plants on turnkey basis projects from concept to commissioning within stipulated time period & budget.

We select most modern, efficient and economic machineries for our customers. Our design team ensures to offer most feasible design and select most suitable BOP (Balance of Plant) items for the power plants. Kaltimex Energy has installed many co-generation and tri-generation systems by using waste energy from exhaust of Diesel/Gas generator sets and combining it with vapor absorption machines (Chillers), thereby, increasing the overall efficiency by about 35% in open cycle system to 80% in the tri-generation mode. Co-generation and tri-generation systems are energy saving solutions for those facilities which operate 24 hours a day continuously nonstop and use excessive power with large heating and cooling load.
